Chlorophyll thank-you and new Anthurium acclimation care guide

Welcome your new Anthurium with a calm, consistent acclimation period.

Unpack the plant carefully and inspect the leaves, stems, medium, and roots gently. Keep it separate from the rest of your collection for 7–10 days while you monitor for stress or pests.

Place the plant in bright, indirect light with warm, stable temperatures and higher humidity. Avoid direct sun, cold drafts, sudden environmental changes, overwatering, and frequent handling while it settles.

Water when the top third of the medium is dry. Use a chunky, well-draining aroid mix and filtered or rain water when possible. Gentle air movement can be introduced gradually.

Temporary yellowing, softer leaves, wrinkling, or a pause in new growth can happen while the plant adjusts. After two to three weeks, begin a light feeding routine during active growth.
